In this device the support element consists of a profiled part 1 with an OMEGA -shaped cross-section and the object 7 which it is desired to fix to this profiled part 1 comprises on one of its faces 8 a prismatic hollowing 9 comprising two lateral grooves 13, 14 in which the lateral wings 5, 6 of the profiled part 1 can engage.
