PURPOSE:To make a device compact and to improve operability by enabling to perform dispersion of a mill base and mixing and adjustment of dispersed mill base with components requiring no dispersion treatment in one device. CONSTITUTION:A cage body 2 capable of stopping at an optional position in a vessel is provided to the inside of the vessel 1 in a device for dispersing liquid suspension of solid particles colloidally. A dispersion medium 6 is charged to the cage body, and many pores having pore size capable of inhibiting passing of the dispersion medium 6 are perforated on the cage body 2. Further, a drivable rotatory stirring vertical shaft 8 penetrating the cage body 2 and freely rotatable against the cage body 2 is provided to the inside of the vessel 1, and blades 10 for stirring the dispersion medium are fitted to the shaft 8 in the inside of the cage body 2. Furthermore, blades 11 for fluidizing the liquid suspension are fitted to the shaft 8 at the bottom of the cage body 2. The shaft 8 is constructed to be vertically movable together with the shaft 8. Thus, the mill base A in the vessel 1 and the dispersion medium 6 are stirred forcibly in the cage body 2. After completion of dispersion, residual components other than the mill base are added, and the whole is stirred to prepare final liquid. |
