The machine comprises at least two oscillating supports 4, 5 symmetrical with respect to the median longitudinal plane x-x', driven in partial alternate rotations in the same direction, carrying drivers thus imparted with a beat by the supports whose upper ends are connected to the chassis by articulations 6-7 with several degrees of freedom and whose lower ends are connected to the chassis by articulations 8-9 each coupled with at least one means of elastic return acting in a manner which is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the chassis.
