PURPOSE:To increase a fan-out without increasing power consumption by providing transistors (TR) which perform opposite-phase operation at an output side. CONSTITUTION:A resistance R1 is connected to the collector of a TRQ1 in series and the collector voltage V1 of Q1 is applied to the base of Q3 through the parallel circuit of a resistance Rt and a capacitor Ct to supply a base input voltage V1'. Consequently, Q2 and Q3 perform push-pull operation and Q3 becomes an active load to obtain a TTL output V0'. When this output V0' is at a low level, Q3 is on and the low level is not raised even if the sink current of the TTL load is increased. When the output V0' is at a high level, Q2 is on and the high level is determined regardless of the TTL load. |
