PURPOSE:To perform accurate charge control by comparing the scheduled telephone charge stored in a storage part with the telephone charge cumulated and stored in a telephone charge controller, and controlling the origination of an extension subscriber when the cumulative telephone charge exceeds the scheduled telephone charge. CONSTITUTION:When the extension subscriber 1 originates and dials a trunk line origination number, a CPU5 checks the extension class and whether a trunk is free or busy and simultaneously uses an instruction to inquire the current cumulative charge of the originating subscriber 1 from the charge controller 7. A device receives it to send the cumulative charge of the originating subscriber to the CPU5. Then, the CPU5 compares the scheduled charge of the extension subscriber stored previously in the main storage device 4 with the current cumulative charge received from the device 7; when the cumulative charge exceeds the scheduled charge, the connection is restricted and a busy-back tone is sent, and when not exceeds, the connection is made normally. |
