<p>Unit enabling to extract a gas blow brick having a metal mantle, easily, rapidly and without any particular disturbance due to dirt, from a holed brick, respectively a holed brick sleeve. Said unit is comprised of a frame (1) bearing against the outside of the holed brick (2), respectively of the holed brick sleeve or against the outer wall of a metallurgical container, a traction rod (3) movably and axially directed with respect to the frame and orientable with respect to the medial axis of the gas blow brick (5), a coupling device (4) provided on the traction rod (3) for connecting the traction rod end to the gas blow brick (5), as well as a drive device (10) for moving the traction rod (3) in the direction deviating from the holed brick (2). The coupling device (4) is comprised of a coupling part (16) bearing on the traction rod (3), a countercoupling part (18) secured to the gas blow brick (5) as well as a coupling pin (28) pluggable through aligned holes (20, 27) into both coupling parts (16, 18).</p> |
