<p>The vaccine or antigen against paludism is characterized in that it comprises, in an appropriate vehicle, at least some of the exo-antigens obtained from the supernatants from the culture of Plasmodium falciparum cultivated on human erythrocytes of the group A+. The filtered, concentrated and cold-dialysed supernatant is then subjected to a chromatography by cationic or anionic ion exchange and is eluted.</p> |
