PURPOSE:To average the actual operating times between a plurality of rotary electric machine units for forming a plant by rationally starting and stopping the units. CONSTITUTION:When unit operating number command signal is inputted with delta=delta0, in case of Fig. (a), i.e., in case of increasing the number, the values of parameters PB, PC of the units B, C, during pause are compared. In case of PB>PC, the unit C is started in a start mode. In case of Fig. (b), i.e., in case of decreasing the number, the values of the parameters PA, PD, PE of the units A, D, E during operation are compared. In case of PA>PD>PE, the unit A is stopped in a stopping mode. Accordingly, when a unit start request is provided, the units of smaller rate of actual operation time is sequentially started, and when the unit stop request is provided, the units of larger rate of actual operation time is sequentially stopped. |
