PURPOSE:To correct a required clause by indicating the reproducing process of a reproduced voice message by a pointer in an exchange storing a terminal equipment having the accumulating and reproducing function of a voice message and a drawn picture I/O part. CONSTITUTION:When the user of a telephone terminal equipment 1 connects a telephone set 11 with a message accumulating device 3 through an automatic exchange 2, and after prescribed operation, sends a voice message to be accumulated, a control part 32 in the device 3 discriminates the voiced sound and voiceless sound in the message, divides the message into clauses and accumulates respective clauses in a voice accumulation part 321. When the user connect the telephone set 11 with the device 3 and then executes reproducing operation to correct the message, the control part 32 reproduces the message, sends the reproduced message to the telephone part 11 and displays a pointer A and a reproducing start point B on a pointer display area 121 of a drawn picture input part 12 to display a division line E corresponding to each clause and stop time D in accordance with reproducing. While observing the display, the user indicates the required clause by the drawn picture I/O part 12 to execute erasing or the like. |
