<p>PURPOSE:To contrive the press forming of a wooden fiber board into a product excellent in curved surface shape, using the wooden fiber board made at low cost by a method in which the flange part of the peripheral edge of an uneven formed product is laminated on the peripheral edge of the opening of the board formed by punching, with the adhesive intervening therebetween, and said both members are formed into one body by heating and pressurizing. CONSTITUTION:The plane wooden fiber board 10 caused to become the core member of the interior parts for an automobile is trim cut into the external form corresponding to the external shape of said interior parts by the dies 4, 5 for trim cut, and simultaneously, the opening 10a corresponding to the uneven external shape formed on the interior parts is trim cut on sai board. On the other hand in parallel with this, the small pieces of the wooden fiber board are trim cut into a little larger size compared with said uneven shape. At this state, when the small pieces of the board are pressurized and heated, a protruded formed product 11 is formed. Then, the flange part 11a of the formed product is laminated on the peripheral edge of the opening 10a of the board 10 with adhesive intervening therebetween and both members are formed into one body by heating and pressurizing.</p> |
