PURPOSE:To improve manufacture yield by arraying only nondefective facets after removing defective facets on a transparent substrate, and thus forming a hologram disk. CONSTITUTION:This hologram disk is manufactured by forming only facets individually, and then selecting and combining only nondefective facets together. The disk is coated with a transparent cover 3 made of acrylic resin, etc., so as to provide moisture resistance, and plural facets 2 are arrayed in order and fixed. |
