PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and man-hour by forming an insulating sheet of an elastic material to absorb ruggedness of parts and using said one insulating sheet for not only insulating but also fixing plural parts. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal cell 20, a frame 16 for supporting the liquid crystal cell, an LSI chip and electronic parts are mounted on a circuit board 14 and the assembly is mounted together with a speaker 4, a battery 2 and a circuit supporting base 3 in a case 8. An insulating sheet 5 for preventing short circuiting between a rear conver 6 and the battery 2 is constituted of an elastic material and is adhered to the cover 6. The rear surface of the case 8 is covered by the cover 6 and at the same time the parts such as the battery 2, the speaker 4, etc. are pressed and fixed by the sheet 5.
