PURPOSE:To correct the circuit error of a temperature signal inputted to a controller by providing a reference member, and coupling the reference member and a temperature measuring instrument with the controller through a switching means. CONSTITUTION:The controller 5 calculates a temperature-corrected flow rate on the basis of the flow rate signal from a flow meter 4 and the signal from a temperature sensor 3 which measures the temperature of fluid, and displays the result on indicators 7 and 9. This flow rate measuring device is provided with the switch 8 which switches the reference member 6 and sensor 3, and its output is connected to the controller 5. When a measurement is taken, the switch 8 is placed at the side of the reference member 6 firstly, and consequently the control part 5 calculates circuit correction coefficients of an amplifier 10, A/D converter 12, etc., previously. Then, this switch is placed at the side of the sensor 3 and its signal is corrected with said circuit correction coefficient to obtain a coefficient of accurate temperature correction. Flow rate pulses from the flow meter 4 are corrected with the correction coefficient and a correct flow rate value is displayed on the display part 7 and 9. |
