PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid-crystal display panel which allows the omission of a terminal part and has a good space factor by sandwiching conductive paste between the terminal parts of a couple of electrode substrates, and applying conductive paste to flanks where the paste is exposed. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy adhesive 9 is applied as a periphery sealing material to one electrode substrate 7 in a specific shape by a screen printing method, and glass fiber powder is scattered as a spacer material over the surface of the electrode substrate 7. Then, epoxy silver paste 11 is applied to the other electrode substrate 8 by the screen printing method so that the end contacts the sides of the substrate 8. Those substrates 7 and 8 are stacked one over another, and baked under some pressure for sealing. Then flanks of the liquid-crystal panel are coated with silver paste 12 by a stamp type printing method and the paste is baked. A liquid-crystal material 13 is injected through an inlet under a vacuum, and the inlet is sealed with a sealing material 10. Thus, the liquid-crystal display panel which allows the omission of the terminal part and has the good space factor is obtained. |
