PURPOSE:To improve the long-term stability of stayed output voltage at the non- sweeping of voltage while keeping the linearity of sweeping voltage by providing the titled circuit with a variable voltage generating means through a D/A converter and an output voltage control means for having the stabilizing function of the stayed output voltage. CONSTITUTION:At the voltage sweeping, a variable output voltage outputted from the D/A converter 17 is sutomatically controlled and adjusted so as to be always equal to a sweeping voltage outputted from an integrator 8 through an automatic voltage control system constituted of a comparator 14, a reversible counter 16 and the D/A converter 17 while using the sweeping voltage as reference voltage. At the non-sweeping of voltage, the variable output voltage is controlled and adjusted so as to be kept equal to the stayed output voltage by using variable output voltage outputted from the D/A converter as a reference voltage when the output of a NOR circuit 19 is ''1'', and using the stayed output voltage outputted from the integrator 8 as the reference voltage when the output of the D/A converter 19 is ''0''. |
