PURPOSE:To increase the number of times of using an ink sheet to thereby lower the printing cost and delete the printed contents on the ink sheet to thereby observe secrecy, by intermediately providing a cloth form spacer impregnated with an ink between conductive sheets. CONSTITUTION:The ink sheet comprises the cloth form spacer 2 impregnated with a thermoplastic ink 1, an anisotropic conductive sheet 3 lamianted on the upper side of the spacer 2, and a conductive sheet 4 having regular through-holes 4a, 4a... and laminated on the lower side of the spacer 2. Electrode pins 5 for printing are brought into contact with conductor wires 6 provided in the sheet 3, and the sheet 4 is grounded, whereby electric currents are passed between the sheets 3, 4. The ink 1 in proximity to a part where the elecric current 7 is passed is melted, is expanded, and oozes out to the lower side of the sheet 4 through the through-holes 4a, thereby printing on a paper 8 pressed against the lower side of the sheet. After printing, the ink in an ink reservoir 9 provided in the spacer 2 is melted by a heater 11, and is supplied to a part where the ink has been consumed, by capillary action through the part between both of the conductive sheets. |
