PURPOSE:To increase the time for packing powder and the time for pressing the powder by operating and connecting a main gear on a driving side and a main crank shaft on a driven side which actuates an upper ram by transmission means at variable angular speed ratios. CONSTITUTION:A driving shaft 13 is actuated to rotate a main gear 7 in one direction and to revolve a planetary gear 10 while rotating the same around a sun gear 5. The number of teeth of the sun gear 5 and the planetary gear 10 is set at 2:1 ratio. The gear 10 is rotated thrice by one rotation of the gear 7. An auxiliary crank shaft 9 connected to the shaft of the gear 10 is therefore rotated thrice by one rotation of the gear 7. The motion of the shaft 9 is transmitted via a connecting rod 11, a pin 12 and an oscillating lever 6 to a main crank shaft 2, by which the equal angular velocity motion of the shaft 9 added with the crank lever motion of a four and mechanism is produced. Then even if the gear 7 makes equal angular velocity motion, said motion is transmitted as unequal angular velocity motion to the shaft 2, by which an upper ram 4 is driven. |
