The present invention relates, as new industrial products, to the (2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)- (3-piperidinopropyl)-ketone and its addition salts. These products are useful in therapeutics as peripheral vasodilator agents, particularly in the treatment of eschars.
