<p>The upper most tube of the equipment is only threaded externally and is a solid cylinder. A sprung key (8) is provided on the outside of each tube and interacts with a semi-curved press fit or stop (9) positioned on the inside of the neighbouring outer tube. A motor powers the equipment via a first bevel gear wheel (1) mounted on a horizontal axle which wheel turns in a clockwise direction on a second bevel gear (2). This second gear is positioned on the bottom of a vertical axle and turns in a counter-clockwise direction. Cylindrical gearing (3) on the second bevel gear meshes with gearing (4) on the outside of the bottom tube. The lift equipment maybe mounted statically or on a vehicle for a variety of uses.</p> |
