PURPOSE:To simplify the check of a substrate and at the same time to attain the check even with the substrate in the form of a completed product, by having the simultaneous input of plural switches on a keyboard to execute a checking function. CONSTITUTION:Five keys shown by oblique lines, i.e., keys 27 and 28 and weak, strong and cancel keys are applied simultaneously. Then a microcomputer 1 executes a checking routine. As such an input means is not used usually, no confusion is produced with a normal program. The computer 1 has seven types of checking functions in response to the checking subjects. The selection and execution of these functions are carried out with key inputs 1-7, and each check is immediately carried out. Thus, the diagnosis of a substrate as well as an overall system is made possible. Furthermore no troublesome operation is needed since no measuring instrument is used. |
