<p>The endless belt is used to secure the buckets of a bucket conveyor. These are fixed by bolts passing through the belt and the bucket bottom plate. Wie calbes are grouped in pairs and embedded into the centre layer of the belt, being spaced across its width. On the top and bottom faces of these cables, spaced a distance apart from them, is an upper and a lower layer of Nylon woven fabric. The bolt holes are staggered over the area of each recess provided in the belt surface for a bucket, the bolts passing between the pairs of cables.</p> |
