PURPOSE:To enable a fluorescent lamp installed out of reach to be attached to and detached from a lamp cover by using both an operation bar to the end of which a part having plastic members for holding the fluorescent lamp by taking advantage of the elasticity of the plastic members is attached, and an operation bar having an end used to attach and detach the switch sections of the lamp from the lamp cover. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent-light-holding instrument is formed by attaching to an operation bar both a movable metallic stop 3 and two holders each having a rubber section 1 and plastic sections 2 for holding a fluorescent lamp. An instrument for attaching and detaching switch sections from a lamp cover consists of another operation bar the end of which is shaped in such a manner as to enable switch sections to be attached to and detached from the lamp cover by rotating the operation bar after its end is inserted in the center between two switch sections. When replacing a fluorescent lamp fixed to the ceiling, the fluorescent lamp can be removed by operating the instrument for attaching and detaching switches after holding the lamp by means of the holding instrument. When attaching a new fluorescent lamp to the lamp cover, switch sections at one end of the lamp can be fixed by horizontally inserting the lamp held on the holding instrument and the other switch sections can be fixed using the other instrument after that. |
