摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of errors, by converting a three-dimensional measuring coordinate system into the values of the coordinate system of a material to be measured, based on a moving locus, when 6 values of coordinate axes for 3 points on the material to be measured are made to agree with the values of the coordinate axes of drawing coordinates. CONSTITUTION:When 6 values of coordinate axes, e.g., three Z-axis values, 2 Y-axis values, and 1 X-axis value, agree with drawing values after coordinate conversion, respectively, in a panel member, measuring points PA, PB, and PC are made to be measuring reference points. The Y-axis values AY and LY are moved to points PA1 and PB2, where the Z-axis values AZ and LZ agree with the drawing coordinate axis values AZO and LZO, without change in AY and LY. At this time the moving locus on an X-Z plane is grasped by obtaining the following data: distance data t9 regarding the X-axis direction between the points PA and PB; distance data t11 regariding the Z-axis direction between the points PA1 and PB2; distance data t12 regarding the X-axis direction between the points PA1 and PB2; and sine and cosine value data t17 and t18 of an angle theta1 which is 1/2 of the rotary movement angle.
