PURPOSE:To determine the poor accuracy of an assembling device simply in a short time, by attaching marks on temporarily assembled parts, thereafter performing machining assembling by the assembling device, and checking the deviation of the marks. CONSTITUTION:Before a frame member 1 and supporting members 2 and 3 are assembled at corresponding positions and machined, they are temporarily assembled in an accuracy checking device in an assembling device in accordance with the designed sizes and positions, with reference positions 11, 12, and 13 as measuring references. At the linking parts of the temporarily assembled parts 1, 2, and 3 in the accuracy checking device, a marking line 14 is scribed over all the linked parts, or common through holes 15 and 16 are provided, and the positioning marks are provided. Based on the marking line 14 or the common through holes 15 and 16 provided in each part after the assembling, the amounts of deviation of each part from the reference positions 11, 12 and 13 and the direction of the deviation are measured. |
