PURPOSE:To minimize the feed rate of the material to be continuously fed and to improve the accuracy of blanking position by detecting the central position of marks by a visual means and positioning successively a sheet of the material on which many printed parts for press blanking are printed. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of material 1 on which many printed parts PP for press blanking and positioning marks are printed is grasped by clampers 23. The clampers 23 are moved in X- and Y-axis direction and the above-described marks are detected by a visual means 12 provided to a press machine. The printed parts are set to the presetting position at every detection of the central position of said marks M for one row. The material 1 is fed to a min. extent since the final row is blanked until the slug thereof is removed. The feed rate of the material 1 is minimized and the accuracy in the blanking position is improved by the above-mentioned method. |
