PRODUCTION OF PRESS FRAME FOR HYDROSTATIC PRESSURIZING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain a press frame for a hydrostatic pressurizing device having high resistance to fatigue without anisotropy and internal defects by forming an annular member formed by ring forging to a flat shape. CONSTITUTION:An annular member 10 is manufactured by ring forging. The member is formed flat by rolls 11, 12 to make a yoke frame 13. The frame is used as a frame (h) for a hydrostatic pressurizing device disposed to enclose a high pressure vessel 9 against the axial force generated in the vessel 9. The frame (h) is thus easily manufactured in a way as to have hardly anisotropy and internal defects and the resistance to fatigue thereof is improved.
