PURPOSE:To grind the rake face of the rounded part at a corner by rotating a spindle, on which an endmill is mounted, by the oil pressure generated when the body revolves horizontally, and by grinding the rake faces of a peripheral cutting edge and a bottom cutting edge by a single process. CONSTITUTION:An endmill 16 is chucked by a spindle 11, and when the body 1 revolves 90 deg. horizontally, piston of No.1 cylinder is pushed out through the action of a cam 2 directly coupled with a rotary shaft 1a so as to produce oil pressure, which thrusts out the piston of No.2 cylinder through an oil pressure hose 4, and thereby the abovementioned spindle 11 is rotated for a certain specified angle to provide grinding of the rake face C2 of the rounded part at the corner. |
