PURPOSE:To enable a cord to be compactly taken up in one touch manner by providing a groove on the inside of spiral elastic body to take up or unwind the cord in or from the groove as the elastic body is expanded or contracted. CONSTITUTION:A spiral elastic body 1 is provided on the inside with a groove 2 to form a cord take-up tool. Also, a U-shaped opened edge of the groove 2 is provided with claws 3 at intervals. Further, the elastic body 1 is provided on the end with a knob 4. Thus after a cord 5 is threaded into the contracted elastic body 1 and hooked on the knob 4, the elastic body 1 is extended so that the spiral center line of the elastic body 1 subjected to torsion is located in the groove 2, and the cord 5 approaches the elastic body 1 to entangle therewith and enter the groove 2. Thus, by extending and contracting the elastic body 1 can be withdrawn and taken up the cord 5 simply. |
