<p>PURPOSE:To permit paper sheets to be distributed at high speed with a small motive force by installing a reciprocating distributing means for distributing the transported paper sheets onto a plurality of stages of pins during reciprocating operation and a reciprocating dividing means for dividing-controlling said distributing means. CONSTITUTION:When a paper sheet discharged from a copying machine, etc. reaches a paper-sheet collator installed onto the copying machine, etc., a paper sheet is inserted between the endless belt 8 of a paper-sheet carrying-in mechanism 5 which forms a reciprocating distributing means and an endless film 10, and said paper sheet is lowered along a plurality of stages of pins. At the same time, the electromagnetic clutch 23 in a reciprocating dividing means 16 is turned ON, and the turning moment of a motor 15 is transmitted onto the sprocket 11 of the reciprocating distributing mechanism 6 through transmission means 17, 18, 33, and 34, and the guide installed onto a chain 12 in lowered. When the guide reaches a distribution position, the electromagnetic clutch 23 is turned OFF to stop the guide, and the paper sheet transported by the paper-sheet transportation mechanism 5 are fed onto the pins.</p> |
