PURPOSE:To prevent the wall surface of a slag separating chamber from adhesion and accumulation of fly ash by a method wherein a cooling tank is provided in a slag separating chamber, and an exhaust gas is introduced into the slag separating chamber, then the temperature of a burning gas is made lower than the ash melting temperature. CONSTITUTION:A cyclone burning furnace is composed of a cyclone burner 2, a furnace main body 1, a slag separating chamber 17 and a slag cooling tank 18 connected to the furnace main body 1 at just under thereof. The cyclone burner forms a revolving fire flame, the furnace main body catches ash content by forming a molten slag film on a lining wall. The cyclone burner 2 separates a coarse flow and a fine flow from the revolving flow of a burning air with floating a solid fuel, then a finely powdered solid fuel is burnt. On the other hand, the revolving fire flame is formed to blow-off the coarse flow solid fuel toward the inner wall surface of the furnace main body 1, thus, the solid fuel is sprayed along the powerfully revolving burning air flow. A flue 19 is provided for introducing the burning gas toward the side wall located just under the furnace main body, and the slag separating chamber 17 connected to a slag cooling tank 16 is provided for setting the molten ash falling down toward lower direction, meanwhile, an exhaust gas is introduced into the slag separating chamber 17, the burning gas temperature is made lower than the ash melt temperature, accordingly, the adhesion of a fly ash is prevented. |
