PURPOSE:To perform synchronous control highly precisely by determining the variation based on the corrected value of one binary count value and the other binary count value of transmission pulses from a pulse transmitter provided on each conveyor when a slave conveyor is to be synchronously operated with a master conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Pulse transmitters 3, 4 are fitted to a master conveyor 1 and a slave conveyor 2 respectively, and individual transmission pulses are counted by binary counters A, B respectively. The count value of the counter B is inputted to an arithmetic circuit 5 and is divided there by the synchronous pitch coefficient (k) from a synchronous pitch setter 6, and the divided value is inputted to a register C. Next, the value of a register D picking up the same digits as those of a counter A from the value of the register C and the set value from a setter 8 setting the relative position between both conveyors 1, 2 are added in an adder circuit 7, and the added value is inputted to a register E. The driving speed of the slave conveyor 2 is controlled in accordance with the variation between the value of the register E and the count value of the counter A. |
