The invention relates to mechanical or disposable razors allowing the supply of a liquid preventing inflammation of the skin. It is constituted by a device for holding the blade 3, this device being grooved 4, provided with an axial 1 and transverse 2 hole in the threaded part of the spindle. Provided with a blade 11 and a blade holder 10 which is grooved 5, with a handle 9 which is axially 6 and transversely 7 pierced, the handle is connected to a liquid storing bulb 8. When the user applies a pressure on the bulb 8 during the operation of shaving from bottom to top and from top to bottom on the face, this causes liquid to travel through the handle 9 and then to spurt above 3 and below 10 the blade 11 and to moisten the skin.
