PURPOSE:To prevent the stop of operations of all systems by using a controller which performs the independent control for each system and another controller which gives an integrated control to all systems when a unit process is controlled selectively among those process systems where plural unit process systems having the same function are set in parallel. CONSTITUTION:An integrated controller 60 is provided to divided unit controller groups 59 for a thermal power plant. The water supply system A of No.11 in the groups 59 consists of an A system unit controller 61, an upper integrated controller 62 and an integrated controller 206 which performs a plant operation schedule control. The controller 206 informs the working time point of each device to the controller 62, and the controller 62 generalizes the unit controllers. At the same time, the controller 62 delivers a start command to the controller 61 to control the number of revolutions, the output flow rate, etc. and also takes charge of a start instruction of the controller 61 as well as the control of other unit controllers. Thus the controller 61 of system A can be switched to the controller 61 of system B by the controller 62 in case the system A has a fault. |
