PURPOSE:To attain the double structure of memory information by allotting a part of a memory circuit group to a specific continuous address space among address information given from an external device and transferring the write information to said address space. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a duplicating action designation and a reading action, a read information coincidence detecting circuit 58 detects the coincidence between the read information given from one of memory circuit groups 34-36 and the read information given from a memory circuit 37 which contributes to the duplicated memory circuits of the groups 34-36. The result of this detection is controlled by the output of a control circuit 64 which is turned into a condition signal to be transferred to an external processor and send to an output line 59. A selecting circuit 67 uses the read information given from circuits 34-36 and the read information given from the circuit 37 as an input controls with switching the read information given from the memory circuit corresponding to each external processor and leads the selected output to an output line 48. |
