The invention consists of an articulated structure acting as a trellis beam or concrete armature. This structure comprises a triangulated trellis formed of isosceles triangles of which the apexes are on a parabola, materialised or otherwise by a broken line formed of bars, of which the ends are situated at the ends of one framework and of which the apex is preferably situated on the other framework. The apexes of the isosceles triangles are linked to the opposite framework by bars of different lengths, the latter are spaced regularly or progressively, in particular in the case where all the isosceles triangles have sides of the same length. For concrete armatures, the frameworks are not always present in the form of a straight segmented line formed from bars. A symmetric armature is provided for the event of double or alternating loads. <IMAGE>
