PURPOSE:To utilize the wait time for the next original effectively by starting conveying the next original automatically with a copy signal once a copy of an original on one of plural platens is taken. CONSTITUTION:A normal original is set on a platen 1 and the next original is placed on a platen 21. When copying operation starts, the front end of a paper feed dish 2 is elevated to send the normal original onto platen glass 26 through guide parts 9 and 11, and when the operation is completed, the original is discharged from a paper discharge port 23 through paper discharge rollers 20 and 21. When following originals are mounted on reserve original platens 21 and 22 previously and reserve keys 251 and 252 are set, paper feed rollers 61 and 62 are driven automatically when the original on the platen 1 is copied completely and the next reserved original is copied. Then, the next original is copied successively and the wait time is utilized effectively. |
