In a process for making a coated screen for screen printing technology, a plurality of photoresist layers are applied successively from a carrier foil. Before each application of the next photoresist layer, a solvent is applied, so that the photoresist layers adhere to one another. This makes it possible in a simple manner to print thicker layers by means of the screen, for example in thick-layer technology.
