Diecasting machine with control apparatus for pressure-dependent control of the casting process

Diecasting machine and process for its control, its casting pressure being measured with a pressure sensor (PK, PZ, PG) on the casting cylinder (ZG), on the casting piston (K) or the casting hydraulics (HG) and fed to a control apparatus and evaluated there, so that the phases of compression, injection, secondary compression and mould opening are controlled as a function of the course of the process, and fault indications and quality features for the cycle, and control signals for the supply plant and closing apparatus (13,HS), are produced. The pressure indication signals are evaluated in conjunction with the signals of temperature sensors and path sensors (WG,ES). Relief phases are provided during the secondary pressing time for obtaining quality features, improving the foreign body separation from the melt, and indicating completed solidification. A vent provided by a slight opening of the mould in connection with a relief phase is shown. <IMAGE>
