PURPOSE:To eliminate the display of connection to a main terminal and to make the connecting work of a cable easy by improving the arrangement of the main terminal of the power supply side and load side of three semiconductor main element circuits, a main terminal of the power supply side and a main terminal of the load side of each phase so as to avoid the reduction in service life of contacts due to wear. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor element circuit of the main circuit section and connecting main terminal boards 11-13 are fitted to an SSR main body 10 of a 3-phase solid- state relay (SSR) 100. The power supply side and load side main terminal boards 11a- 13a and 11b-13b are arranged on straight lines in parallel with each other. Further, control terminal fitting seats 30, 20 are formed on the main body 10, and control terminal boards 21, 22 of the control circuit in the main body 10 are fixed to the mounting seat 20. Then an absorber case 40 is screwed to the upper face of the SSR main body 10 and the absorber circuit is stored in the case 40. In connecting a three-phase cable to the 3-phase SSR100, the 3-phase cable of the power supply side and load side is screwed to the main terminal board respectively and further, the control signal line is screwed to the control terminal boards 21, 22. Thus, the display of the connection to the main terminal board is not required and also the wiring work is made easy. |
