Method and device for producing electrical circuits on printed-circuit boards

A method and a milling tool are described in order to produce miniaturised printed-circuit boards. In this case, the circuit template is produced by electronic means and controls the milling tool, which operates not only horizontally but also vertically, in order to produce lines and holes, or through-plated holes on the printed-circuit board which run freely with respect to one another.
