PURPOSE:To drop exactly an original to a prescribed position of an original tray by providing plural vacuum chambers for guiding a sucked original onto the original tray through a belt, and providing a control means for controlling them separately. CONSTITUTION:The first and the second vacuum chambers 13a, 13b are placed successively in the carrying direction of an original, and constituted so that they are subjected to on/off-control independently, respectively. A titled device is provided with a vacuum pump 16, a suction pipe 17 and opening and closing valves 18a, 18b. A control part 20 consists of an input interface 20a for inputting each sensor and console signal in a machine, to the inside, a CPU20c for processing an input signal in accordance with a control program stored in an ROM 20b, an RAM20d for accumulating temporarily its intermediate processing result, and an output interface 20e for outputting a signal processing result, and a driving dircuit 21 for executing an opening/closing control of the first and the second opening and closing valves 13a, 13b is operated by a command of the control part 20. |
