PURPOSE:To minimize variation in the gap between the core and the plunger by making the distance from the bottom surface to the end face of the yoke equal to the height of the core. CONSTITUTION:The end rim of they yoke 32 and the end rim of the core 36 are finished by polishing to form the same plane so that the distance from the bottom surface to the end face of the yoke 32 coincides with the height of the core 36 accurately. This can minimize variation in the gap between the core and the plunger 46 to make the response to the attraction force and electrical signal by the wire 49 constant thereby improving the dot array. |
