PURPOSE:To obtain the title discoloration-free molding excellent in heat resistance, etc., by mixing a crosslinked vinyl chloride resin with a silane-grafted polyolefin and a silanol condensation catalyst, and bringing the molding into contact with water. CONSTITUTION:A crosslinked vinyl chloride resin having a tetrahydrofuran-insoluble portion at 25 deg.C of 5-40wt% is prepared by copolymerizing a vinyl chloride monomer such as vinyl chloride with a polyfunctional compound such as an oligomer having at least two ethylenic double bonds in the molecule or diallyl phthalate. 100pts.wt. this resin is mixed with 10-100pts. wt. silane-grafted polyolefin and a silanol condensation catalyst (e.g., dibutyltin diluarate) and the mixture is kneaded and molded. the resulting molding is crosslinked by contact with water to obtain the purpose crosslinked vinyl chloride resin molding. |
