PURPOSE:To secure a constant manual steering effort irrespective of a variation in driving conditions, by installing a driving part, adjusting the opening area of a variable orifice, according to an output signal out of a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:When signals detected at each sensor are inputted into an input part 33, these signals are transmitted to an operation part 41, selecting the algorism of a memory part 42, and transmits a signal, commensurate to driving conditions, to an output part 43. When a signal out of the output part 43 is outputted, a solenoid 32 is excited and this exciting current is set according to the output. Likewise, when the solenoid 32 is excited according to the output, the opening of a variable orifice 24 is set. Therefore, reaction force to a steering is set according to the opening of the variable orifice 24. An opening area of the variable orifice 24 is set in accordance with an output signal out of a control circuit (b). |
