PURPOSE:To obtain the titled homogeneous film easily, steadily and continuously by pouring, spreading, heating and drying elsinan aqueous solution on an endless belt of heat-resistant plastics treated by corona discharge. CONSTITUTION:Elsinan aqueous solution (preferably containing water soluble inorganic substance of 0.04-2wt% to elsinan) 2 is poured and spread on the surface of heat-resistant plastic endless belt 3 treated by corona discharge device 8, then, heated and dried in a heating drier 4. Then elsinan film 6 being formed is peeled from the endless belt 3 and taken off by the take-up roll 7 to obtain the desired film. USE:Available for filmy food and filmy medicine including powdered food, granular medicine, etc. |
