PURPOSE:To know the states of sunrise (moonrise) and sunset (moonset) easily and to improve the effect in terms of design by changing the color, etc., of parts corresponding to the traces of holes or notches of a display plate according to the place. CONSTITUTION:Parts 61a and 62a of a moon background plate part 61 and a sun background plate part 62 at upper sides about horizontal lines running the centers as the horizon use a light color, and parts 61c and 62c of both background plate parts 61 and 62 on lower sides about the lines as the horizon use an inconspicuous color to the contrary, respectively, discriminating the states of sunrise (moonrise) and sunset (moonset) clearly from the colors or gradations. A moon display plate 4, shadow plate 5, and sun display plate 7 rotate at specific rotating speeds, so the moon background part 61 corresponding to the trace of the round hole 4a of the moon display plate 4 appears at a moon display part in order of 61a, 61b, 61c, 61d, and 61a, and the color of the moon display changes with the place in addition to the display of the position and phase of the moon; and a sun display part is the same as above, and the sun part changes in color corresponding to the position in addition to the display of the position of the sun. |
