PURPOSE:To provide a recording material having an excellent light transmittance, free of offset of an ink even immediately after recording and capable of obtaining a clear image, wherein projected parts are provided on a recording surface, and the recording material has a specified linear transmittance. CONSTITUTION:For example, a coating liquid consisting of a soluble nylon, isopropanol and water is applied to a transparent base consisting of a polyethylene terephthalate having a thickness of 100mum so as to obtain a film thickness after drying of 30mum by a plate coater method, and is dried. Further, the material thus obtained is subjected to hot pressing to provide the projected parts having a height (a) of 20mum, a width (c) of bottom parts of 40mum and a spacing (b) between ends of the bottom parts of 260mum, thereby obtaining the objective recording material which has a linear transmittance of not less than 2% (preferably, not less than 10%). USE:Optical apparatuses such as a transparency, an over-head projector (OHP) and a contact printer. |
