PURPOSE:To enable to decline igniting hydraulic pressure without having bad influence on the title heater, by providing a hydraulic pressure controlling part in a bypass circuit provided with a heat exchanger in a bypassed state. CONSTITUTION:A valve 11 opposing to a flow of water is provided in a bypass circuit 10 of the water, which is held by a spring 12 at predetermined pressure. Then as the spring 12 possesses strength through which the valve does not open up to a harmless igniting hydraulic pressure region, under an ON state of the valve 11 water flows wholly to a pressure detecting part 4 side and ignition within a low hydraulic pressure region is secured. On the one hand, the valve 11 is turned OFF at a high pressure region, through which a bypass water quantity can be secured and hot water of a low temperature can be obtained. This is a device through which low igniting hydraulic pressure can be secured extending over the whole of an adjusting region for hot water temperature adjusting, by making the most of a merit of a bypassing method as it is, through which a water quantity of a heat exchanger can be streamed uniformly like this. |
