PURPOSE:To facilitate replacing an ink doner film, by a method wherein the leading end of an ink doner film is let out by bringing a driving roll into contact with a supplying roll, and is guided to a take-up roll along guides provided on a passage for the film. CONSTITUTION:The ink doner film (IDF)41 wound around a paper tube 40 is set, the leading end thereof is let out by bringing an IDF-driving roll 42 into contact with the IDF41, and is fed out along an IDF guide A44. A back-up roll 54 and a driving roll 56 are rotated at circumferential velocities higher than that of the roll 42, the leading end of the IDF41 fed between the rolls 56, 53 is led to an IDF guide B45, and is wound around the take-up roll 51 by an IDF guide C46 and an IDF guide D47. |
