PURPOSE:To do without cutting core material in cutting a molded article, to prevent the molded article from deforming and the core material from displacing by a method wherein after the core material is cut to a specified length the material to be cut is supplied intermittently into an extrusion molding die to cut the extrusion molded article at places free from the core material. CONSTITUTION:The titled manufacturing device A consists of core material supplying rolls 2, 2 for supplying core material 1 intermittently from roll 1A, cutter 3 for cutting the core material 1 supplied from said roll to a specified length, inserting rolls 6, 6 for supplying the cut core material 1 from guide 4 into inorganic kneaded substance extrucing die 5, detecting conveyor 7 for detecting extruding speed V through molded body G extruded from the die 5, takeoff conveyor 8 for taking off the molded body G on this down stream, cutting device 9 for cutting the molded body G at the intermittent position 1D of the core material 1, controller 10 for controlling operation of intermittent timing of core material supplying roll 2 and core material inserting roll 6 on the basis of signals from the detecting conveyor 7, operation of timing of cutter 3 and the cutting device 9 and the speed of the takeoff conveyor 8. |
